		<description><![CDATA[As part of my spiritual director training we wrote a rule of life.  I bring it out often during the year and it is amazing to see how it has both changed and stayed the same. I retired early a few years ago and entered a time of rediscovering who I was - not just my job or other labels - having a rule for Life reminds me Who I belong to and where my true identify lies. 

I will check out this book,  looks good.]]></description>
